Create Beautiful Designs

Glass tile really made this bathroom shine.  As you can see, in the picture above, Steve is visible as it is almost like a mirror.  Glass tile like this, which has a blue tint painted on the backside needs a little more care when cutting.  In this case, even a glass cutting blade made tiny chips on the edges and had to be smoothed out with a pumice stone so they could not be seen.  Glass tile comes in many colors and can be set in many patterns.  This is a 1/3 offset pattern.

Glass tile for  shower walls

Glass tile installed on shower walls makes a great statement.  Not a good idea for floors as it is too slippery.  It takes a little more maintenance to keep that beautiful shine but certainly adds value.  

Glass tile for the kitchen

Glass tile for the kitchen backsplash are a very popular style these days. Glass tiles can also be added in as accent pieces or a stripe.   There are many glass dots, stripes and mosaics to create the perfect design.  In the picture of the floor below, a square of 9-tiny glass dots were sprinkled throughout to break up the monotony of a beige floor, giving it a more elegant look.

Glass tile for the vanity splash

Glass tile for the bathroom backsplash is an excellent idea. Glass tile will give you another mirrored area and why not right below and/or around your mirror.  In the picture below, small glass tiles compliment the rough stone in the bar giving a more elegant look to go with the granite countertop.

Glass tile for other areas

Glass tile works in a wainscot, around a mural, or to frame other tile.  It comes in small stripes and dots for a limitless amount of ideas, all you need is your imagination.   If you think your design could you some shine, glass tiles might do the trick.
